Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of complex Corporate tax engagements
- Oversee Corporate tax compliance and advisory projects including tax returns, group restructuring, and business model optimization
- Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables, and client communications
- Interpret and apply UAE Corporate tax law and relevant international tax principles
- Collaborate with colleagues across Indirect Tax, Legal, Deals, and Assurance
- Play active role in business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and presenting to clients
- Contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, and internal technical training
- Manage and mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or related discipline
- 4 6 years of progressive Corporate tax experience in a professional services firm
- At least 2 3 years at assistant manager/manager level leading teams and engagements
- Strong technical knowledge of Corporate tax legislation and implementing guidance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Bring

- At least 2–3 years at assistant manager/manager level leading teams and engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of Corporate tax legislation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and tax technology tools.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
