About the Role
PwC is seeking a high-performing Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, overseeing compliance and advisory projects, and supporting business development.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including tax returns, group restructuring, and business model optimization
- Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables, and client communications
- Interpret and apply UAE corporate tax law, Cabinet/Ministerial Decisions, FTA guidance, free zone regimes, and international tax principles
- Collaborate with colleagues across Indirect Tax, Legal, Deals, and Assurance to deliver integrated solutions
- Play an active role in business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, pricing and scoping engagements, and presenting to prospective clients
- Contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, and internal technical training
- Manage and mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster an inclusive, high performance culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or related discipline
- 4 6 years of progressive corporate tax experience in a professional services firm
- At least 2 3 years at an assistant manager/manager level leading teams and engagements
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and implementing guidance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office and tax technology tools
- Advanced degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Law (e.g., Attorney, CTA, ADIT, CPA, CA, ACCA) is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in UAE Corporate tax is an advantage
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage

How You’ll Contribute
- Manage end to end delivery of complex corporate tax engagements, acting as day to day point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, including corporate tax returns, group restructuring, and business model optimization.
- Prepare technical analyses, engagement deliverables, and client communications to ensure accuracy, practicality, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Interpret and apply UAE corporate tax law, Cabinet/Ministerial Decisions, FTA guidance, free zone regimes, and relevant international tax principles.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Indirect Tax, Legal, Deals, and Assurance to deliver integrated solutions.
- Play an active role in business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, pricing and scoping engagements, and presenting to prospective clients.
- Contribute to thought leadership, client alerts, and internal technical training, and help build eminence in the market on emerging tax topics.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster an inclusive, high performance culture.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, law, or a related discipline; advanced degree and/or professional qualification in Accounting or Law is an advantage.
- 4–6 years of progressive corporate tax experience in a professional services firm, with at least 2–3 years at an assistant manager/manager level leading teams and engagements.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and implementing guidance; knowledge and experience in UAE Corporate tax is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax matters into clear, commercially relevant advice.
- Experienced in project management, able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Strong client service mindset, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a developing tax environment.
- Proficient with MS Office and tax technology tools; open to adopting data driven methods and automation.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage but not required.
Technology and Data
- Proficient with MS Office and tax compliance platforms, and familiar with data extraction and transformation for tax compliance and reporting.
- Comfortable utilising and developing market leading tax technology including AI, automation and analytics.
