Responsibilities
- Lead internal audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring timeline and KPI adherence
- Identify key risks, define audit methodology, and assess control effectiveness
- Draft audit findings, impact analysis, and recommendations
- Manage engagement budget and economics
- Build and maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities
- Review work of associates and provide on job training and coaching
- Assist clients in developing internal audit and risk management strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality and independence standards
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- 3 6 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm
- Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, or CMA is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Project management skills and ability to lead engagements end to end
- Knowledge in audit technologies and data analytics tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East and worldwide

What will you bring?
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Governance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
- Completed or pursuing professional qualification (CIA, CPA, CRMA, CFE, CGRCP, PMP, CMA) is a plus
- 3 6 years of internal audit experience, preferably in Big 4
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Business development and client relationship building skills
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to research issues
- Background in governance, risk management, and compliance
- Experience in assessment and testing of business controls
- Project management skills and ability to lead engagements
- Knowledge in audit technologies and data analytics tools is a plus
