- Lead vertical proposition in the municipal sector, i.e., inspection, permitting, etc.
- Create a case for change with measurable impact and outcomes.
- Bridge strategy to execution – translate high level vision into customized solutions, actionable roadmaps, operating models, and transformation initiatives.
- Own executive level client relationships – build trusted partnerships with public sector stakeholders.
- Direct complex, multi workstream programs – lead large scale city transformation engagements end to end.
- Drive growth and shape the market – expand PwC’s Cities offering by developing differentiated propositions, contributing to bids, and identifying opportunities.
- Lead and inspire high performing teams – build, mentor, and develop consulting teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Urban Planning, Public Policy, or related field; Master's preferred
- 13+ years of experience in consulting with strong focus on municipalities or development authorities
- Deep expertise in municipal transformation, urban development, and city services
- Proven experience working with municipalities, ministries, authorities, or national programs
- Demonstrated leadership of large, complex, multi workstream engagements
- Commercial and growth mindset with experience in business development and proposal shaping
- Excellent command of English; Arabic fluency highly desirable

What You’ll Bring
