- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in installing, assembling, maintaining, and replacing tandem mill stands, guides, and related rolling mill equipment
- Ability to perform guide setting, alignment, and changeovers
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance on mill stands and guide systems
- Ability to inspect rolling equipment for wear and recommend repairs or replacements
- Coordination skills with production and maintenance teams
