Responsibilities
- Lead end to end recruitment for MoE subjects (Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies)
- Serve as trusted advisor for Director of MoE, Principals, and hiring managers
- Design, organise and execute MoE recruitment events in UAE and internationally
- Ensure timely issuance, collection, and filing of contracts and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards, submit regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices and regulatory requirements
- Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates
- Own initial screening, shortlisting, and interviewing
- Design and deliver employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years in recruitment or with MoE subjects
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Experience with full cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle) and job boards
- Experience in volume recruitment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong organizational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Overview
- Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Officer School Recruitment to specialise in recruitment of MoE subject teachers across schools in the UAE.
- The role includes end to end recruitment, collaboration with Director of MoE and hiring managers, and strategic recruitment support.
- The Talent Officer ensures recruitment documentation, contracts, compliance, and reporting are completed timely and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Additional HR/Talent qualifications are welcomed
- Minimum 3 years in recruitment or with MoE subjects
- Experience in UK, US or UAE education sector highly advantageous
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic essential

- Proven ability to build strong, positive and influential relationships at all levels
- Ability to maintain highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Oracle) and job boards
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Experience in volume recruitment essential
- Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong problem solving and client management skills
Main Duties
- Lead end to end recruitment process for MoE subjects (Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies)
- Serve as trusted advisor for Director of MoE, Principals and hiring managers
- Act as subject specialist recruiter for MoE
- Design, organise and execute MoE recruitment events in UAE and internationally
- Ensure timely issuance, collection, and filing of contracts and supporting documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards, submit regular reports
- Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment practices and regulatory requirements
Specific Duties
- Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and subject leads
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for key teaching roles
- Own initial screening, shortlisting and interviewing based on job criteria
- Advise and guide hiring managers in structured interview practices and scoring rubrics
- Own and deliver selection processes including interviews, scheduling, panel preparation
- Design and deliver employer branding initiatives to promote Aldar Education
