- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and overseas campaigns to attract top talent in the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organisational requirements
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company culture
- Evaluate and refine recruitment policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance to senior management
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector within Africa or Asia Pacific
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies with external agencies, and succession planning
- Experience in onboarding and employee integration processes
