Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, coordination, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and architectural projects.
- Manage projects from concept through completion while providing architectural leadership, technical oversight, project management, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with UAE regulations, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Master's Degree is an advantage
- PMP certification is highly preferred
- Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Minimum 12 15 years of professional experience in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and project management
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion
- Strong experience in healthcare, laboratories, commercial, mixed use, or complex building projects
- Extensive experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory)

Role Overview

Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master's Degree is an advantage.
