Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business and organizational objectives
- Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders and department managers
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications, and development initiatives
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, course enrollments, attendance records, and learning documentation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review cycles, development planning, and probation follow ups
- Develop and implement talent development initiatives such as leadership development, high potential programs, mentoring, coaching, and career development frameworks
- Support onboarding and employee development programs
- Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, learning effectiveness, talent metrics, and development KPIs
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions
- Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to learning and development
Requirements
- Experience in designing, coordinating, and managing learning and development programs
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
