In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and driving learning and talent development initiatives that support employee growth, leadership develo

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and manage learning and development programs aligned with business and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analyses in collaboration with business leaders and department managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, certifications, and development initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training calendars, course enrollments, attendance records, and learning documentation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance review cycles, development planning, and probation follow ups.
  • Develop and implement talent development initiatives such as leadership development, high potential programs, mentoring, coaching, and career development frameworks.
  • Support onboarding and employee development programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on training participation, learning effectiveness, talent metrics, and development KPIs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, and educational institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to learning and development.
