Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities for consulting and business support roles
- Partner with hiring managers, partners, and practice leads to understand hiring needs
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including documentation, system updates, and induction schedules
- Support day to day HR operations including employee records, contracts, probation tracking, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance with policies
- Act as first point of contact for employees on HR related queries
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR operations reports
- Support compliance with internal HR policies, local labor requirements, and firm procedures
- Assist with HR initiatives related to employee engagement, onboarding improvement, and process efficiency
Requirements
- Hands on experience managing HR processes in a fast paced, professional services or consulting environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive and experienced in end to end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations

Role Overview
- Seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist Specialist to join the team
- Responsible for managing end to end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Partners closely with business leaders and internal teams to deliver seamless HR services
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment activities for consulting and business support roles
- Partner with hiring managers, partners, and practice leads to understand hiring needs
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners
- Support day to day HR operations including employee records, contracts, probation tracking, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems
- Act as first point of contact for employees on HR related queries
- Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, Staffing, and Talent Management
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR operations reports
- Support compliance with internal HR policies, local labor requirements, and firm procedures
- Assist with HR initiatives related to employee engagement, onboarding improvement, process efficiency, and employee experience
