The Successful Applicant

• A successful Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist should have:
• Proven experience in talent acquisition within the transport and distribution industry or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A results-oriented approach to achieving hiring goals and objectives.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Dubai.
