Job Summary

Support with carrying out key activities required by the recruitment process, support with identifying recruitment events, coordinate interview timings with candidates, support with conducting phased interviews with candidates and assist in preparing and processing all candidate files.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a talent pool repository in the form of shared database of resumes, screened in applicants, and successfully interviewed candidates for future selection purposes
  • Support with coordinating with HRIS to develop, enhance and maintain a recruitment webpage to post position opening for internal or external candidates
  • Assist in establishing relationships with appropriate sourcing channels and utilize the most suitable channel for sourcing the most qualified candidates to fill the positions by effectively managing job posts across all channels
  • Support with designing recruitment forms and templates (interview template, recruitment check list, competency-based questionnaire, etc.)
  • Support with the Execution of the internal hiring and promotion process.
  • Support with carrying out all the key activities required by the company's recruitment process in coordination with required stakeholders
  • Assist in conducting phased interviewing activities such as screening calls, psychometric and ability assessments and case studies where applicable during the recruitment process
  • Support with identifying recruitment events such as schools and career fairs to recruit the top fresh graduates and other candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interview timings with candidates
  • Assist in conducting the candidate’s pre-employment due diligence activities and background checks
  • Support with preparing job offers and/or rejection letters and engage with candidates in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources is preferred
  • 3-4 years of experience within talent acquisition
