- Drive final stages of hiring including closing top profiles and negotiating contract details and compensation
- Proactively build and maintain a strong database of high calibre talent
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record of recruiting across multiple international regions, with specific experience in UAE and African markets highly preferred
- Fluency in English required; professional working proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong advantage
- Advanced skills in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and local job boards
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Description
- At OBT Group, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting efficient recruitment and continued growth.
- Responsible for proactively sourcing, attracting, and recruiting high quality candidates for current and future needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast paced corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of recruiting across multiple international regions, with specific experience in UAE and African markets highly preferred.
- Fluency in English required; professional working proficiency in French or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Advanced skills in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and local job boards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
