Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, social media content, and company profiles
- Create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications
- Maintain and ensure consistency of the company’s branding across all platforms and materials
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to support business initiatives and campaigns
- Prepare artwork and layouts for both print and digital production
- Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and multimedia content as required
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns and corporate events
- Ensure all designs are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques
- Organize and maintain the company’s design files and media assets
- Support video editing and basic motion graphics creation where required
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers when necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work
- Knowledge of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Experience designing for both digital and print media
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage
