Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.
- Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional written communication.
- Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, or collections is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a Collections Officer min. 3 years in UAE.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of office and accounting software.
