About the Role
SIHAMCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality, F&B, and entertainment roles. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recruitment experience, mandatory hospitality/F&B recruiting background, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation
- Conduct reference and background checks where required
- Support large scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations
- Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives
- Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements
- Screen and interview international candidates for overseas recruitment
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, lifestyle destinations, or hospitality staffing companies
- Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable
- Fluent English (Required)
- Arabic language skills are highly preferred

Overview
- The Groves by SIHAMCO is a premier fine dining, lifestyle and entertainment destination in Riyadh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end to end recruitment across multiple business units, focusing on hospitality, F&B, entertainment, and large scale seasonal workforce projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract, and seasonal positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support large scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals, and seasonal operations.
- Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days, and recruitment drives.
- Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements.
- Manage recruitment timelines to meet project mobilization deadlines.
- Maintain a ready pool of qualified hospitality professionals.
- Screen and interview international candidates for overseas recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B).
- Experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, lifestyle destinations, or hospitality staffing companies.
- Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable.
- Full cycle recruitment expertise.
- High volume recruitment experience.
- Hospitality recruitment expertise.
- Workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
