About the Company

  • Join us and Help Shape the Future of Robotics Storytelling. We are building an AI native media operating system focused entirely on robotics, automation and artificial intelligence.

What we are looking for

  • We are looking for a fast, experienced and highly resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high volume hiring across media, editorial, video, design, SEO, marketing and digital roles.
  • This is a hands on recruitment role. You will spend your day sourcing, contacting, screening and moving candidates through the hiring process quickly.
  • We hire globally for roles such as correspondents, journalists, interviewers, videographers, AI videographers, video editors, graphic designers, content creators, SEO specialists, marketing talent and other media professionals.
  • We regularly manage 10 to 15 open positions per week, so you must be able to understand new roles quickly, adapt your sourcing strategy immediately and contact a high number of relevant candidates every day.
  • You should know how to find talent beyond LinkedIn and Indeed — including journalism platforms, Upwork, freelance marketplaces, portfolio sites, social media, creative communities and niche job boards.

What you will do

  • Own end to end recruitment across media, editorial, creative, video, SEO, marketing and digital roles.
  • Source global talent across different countries, time zones and talent categories
  • Contact a high volume of candidates daily and keep pipelines moving fast
  • Quickly understand new roles and adapt your sourcing approach immediately
  • Screen candidates based on experience, portfolios, showreels, writing samples, published work and practical outputs
  • Coordinate interviews, follow ups and hiring steps with speed and precision
  • Work directly with leadership on urgent hiring priorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands on talent acquisition experience
  • Strong experience hiring for media, editorial, creative, video, content, SEO, marketing or digital roles
  • Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment across multiple open roles at once
  • Experience sourcing globally and using platforms beyond standard job boards
  • Able to assess CVs, portfolios, showreels, writing samples and creative work quickly
  • Fast thinker, highly organized, proactive and able to work independently
  • Comfortable switching between different roles, markets and candidate profiles throughout the day
  • Willing to work with urgency and flexibility, including outside standard working hours when needed
  • Fluent English required

Not the right fit if

  • You mainly come from HR operations, payroll, admin or compliance
  • You are uncomfortable with high volume daily outreach
  • You have only recruited through LinkedIn, Indeed or standard job boards
  • You have not hired media, creative, editorial, video, marketing or digital talent before
  • You need a slow, fully structured recruitment process to perform
