About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly organised, detail oriented individual to join our growing team as an Administration & Data Coordinator.
  • Initially, the role will focus on administrative support, data research, data verification, and database management across several international technology and digital marketplace projects.
  • As the business continues to grow, this position is designed to develop into a Partnerships Executive role.

Key Responsibilities Administration & Data Management

  • Research companies using online resources.
  • Verify and maintain accurate business information.
  • Build and maintain company databases and CRM records.
  • Enter, update and cleanse large datasets.
  • Produce spreadsheets and reports.
  • Assist with document preparation and administration.
  • Organise digital files and business records.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on collected information.

Key Responsibilities Research

  • Conduct market research.
  • Identify potential business partners.
  • Research technology companies and products.
  • Gather publicly available company information.
  • Maintain accurate records of research findings.

As the Role Develops

  • Contacting potential business partners.
  • Building relationships with international companies.
  • Managing partnership enquiries.
  • Supporting integration and onboarding projects.
  • Coordinating meetings with technology partners.
  • Preparing partnership proposals.
  • Assisting with business development activities.
  • Representing the company professionally in written communications.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience with Airtable or similar database platforms.
