About the Role

Responsibilities
- Turn editorial ideas, robotics news, story briefs, and assigned topics into engaging content for social media and digital platforms
- Create platform specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels
- Develop strong hooks, captions, scripts, post copy, carousel concepts, video concepts, thumbnails, and short form content formats
- Adapt one assigned story or topic into multiple content formats tailored to different platforms and audiences
- Work closely with the Editor in Chief / Editorial Growth Lead to execute daily content priorities, story angles, and content goals
- Collaborate with video, design, social, editorial, and production teams to bring assigned content ideas to life
- Use AI tools to work faster, improve workflows, support ideation, refine copy, structure content, edit drafts, and optimize creative execution
- Translate complex robotics, AI, automation, and technology topics into clear, accessible, and visually engaging content
- Write and edit compelling copy that fits each platform's tone, format, and audience behavior
- Ensure content is accurate, brand aligned, visually strong, and optimized for reach, engagement, and shareability
- Deliver high quality content quickly and reliably in a fast moving production environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Video Creator, Copywriter, Creative Producer, or similar creative content role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and how content should be created for each platform
- Excellent writing, copywriting, caption writing, scripting, and storytelling skills
- Ability to turn assigned editorial ideas and news topics into engaging social first content
- Experience creating short form video concepts, hooks, scripts, carousels, posts, thumbnails, and platform native formats
- Extremely fast execution skills without compromising quality
- Highly self driven, independent, and able to take ownership without needing step by step instructions
- Comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate workflows
- Experience working in a startup or similarly fast moving environment
- Strong interest in robotics, AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital culture
- Fluent English with excellent written communication skills

The Role
- We are looking for a talented Content producer to help build Robot24.com into the world's leading news platform for robotics news.
- You will turn editorial ideas, robotics news, and story briefs into high quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms.
- You will work closely with our Editor in Chief / Editorial Growth Lead, who defines the daily content priorities, story angles, and editorial opportunities.
- This is a hands on creative production role for someone with excellent taste, strong execution skills, and the ability to move extremely fast without sacrificing quality.
- We make high quality, handmade content. AI tools are used to support speed, workflow, ideation, formatting, editing, and creative optimization—not to replace taste, originality, or human creativity.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Video Creator, Copywriter, Creative Producer, or in a similar creative content role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and how content should be created for each platform.
- Excellent taste and a strong sense for what looks good, reads well, feels current, and captures attention.
- Excellent writing, copywriting, caption writing, scripting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to turn assigned editorial ideas and news topics into engaging social first content.
- Experience creating short form video concepts, hooks, scripts, carousels, posts, thumbnails, and platform native formats.
- Extremely fast execution skills without compromising quality.
- Strong creative instincts and a good sense for what makes people stop scrolling, watch, read, click, comment, or share.
- Highly self driven, independent, and able to take ownership without needing step by step instructions.
- Comfortable working with AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve output, refine ideas, and increase production speed.
- Experience working in a startup or similarly fast moving environment.
- Strong interest in robotics, AI, automation, emerging technologies, and digital culture.
Preferred Experience
- Experience creating content for technology, science, AI, robotics, startups, innovation, business, or media brands.
- Experience producing or supporting short form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn video.
- Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Notion, or similar creative and AI tools.
- Experience turning one assigned topic into multiple platform specific content assets.
- Experience working with editorial, video, design, social, or production teams.
- Experience developing recurring content formats, social series, or creator led storytelling concepts.
- Previous experience working in a startup, scale up, or high speed digital media environment.
