Talent Acquisition Specialist (French Speaker)
, based in
Dubai (Egypt).
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes)
- Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (workday)
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard etc)
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Completing offer initiation for new hires.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as linkedin, workday, universities etc
Recruiter Requirements
- French is mandatory.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Minimum Qualification and experience:
- 7 years of experience
- At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.French mandatory.
