People Dynamics is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Doha, Qatar.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Solid experience with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Proven experience sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Automotive or related industry experience is an advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and select candidates.
