Role Overview
The employer is hiring an Employee Relations Assistant for a client in Qatar.
The role supports employee relations services, documentation, engagement, reporting, and HR process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide employee services and support grievance handling.
- Support disciplinary actions and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field.
- 2–3 years of experience in employee relations.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Availability
- Candidates must be currently available in Qatar.
