Responsibilities
- Provide verbal and written legal consultations on various legal issues and matters.
- Review, analyze, and prepare contracts and agreements from a legal perspective.
- Provide legal support in litigation procedures before competent judicial authorities in Qatar.
- Follow up on and represent the client in arbitration and dispute resolution procedures inside and outside Qatar.
- Prepare and draft legal memoranda, regulations, and official responses for the college and senior management.
- Provide preventive legal advice to mitigate potential legal risks.
Language Requirement
- Arabic language proficiency is required.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Doha.
