People Dynamics is hiring for a client in Qatar.
The role is for an experienced Rewards and Performance Management Specialist with expertise in Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or an equivalent field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits, job evaluation, salary structures, and reward surveys.
- Hands-on knowledge of Performance Management Systems and competency profiling.
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Apply specialist expertise across Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management activities.
- Support job evaluation, salary structure, reward survey, performance management system, and competency profiling work.
