- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple platforms
- Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality standards
