- Coordinate survey engineering projects from initiation to completion
- Liaise with clients, project managers, site engineers, and survey teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation reports
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate mobilization of survey crews, equipment, vehicles, and project logistics
- Prepare project documentation, correspondence, technical reports, and meeting minutes
- Track project costs, variations, and invoicing in coordination with the accounts team
- Ensure compliance with client specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Maintain project records, drawings, permits, approvals, and contractual documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities when required
- Generate weekly and monthly project status reports for management
- Support tender submissions, project handovers, and close out documentation

Role Overview
