Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong experience in engineering, construction, laboratory, or technical recruitment is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast paced environment
