Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.
- Identify, approach, and engage experienced real estate professionals.
- Build candidate pipelines across sales, leasing, and off-plan functions.
- Conduct screening calls and structured interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and industry networks to source talent.
- Create job advertisements and maintain accurate recruitment records in company systems.
- Support recruitment events and networking initiatives.
- Assist with offer negotiations and candidate onboarding.
- Monitor recruitment activity, conversion rates, and monthly hiring targets.
- Provide recruitment updates and reports to management.
- Promote the company culture, opportunities, and employer brand to candidates.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and brokerage environment.
- Experience recruiting sales brokers, leasing agents, or off-plan advisors.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
