The role advises clients on prime and super-prime rentals and supports landlords and tenants through successful transactions.
The role
- Advise clients on leasing prime and super-prime residential properties.
- Conduct viewings and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide expert insight into Dubai's luxury rental market.
- Support the client journey from first enquiry to handover.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
- Represent the company to high professional standards.
What we are looking for
- Previous sales, leasing, or customer service experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Valid driving licence.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a proactive, confident, adaptable personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
