LuxuryProperty.com is hiring a Private Client Advisor for its Dubai secondary sales division.
The role covers prime and super-prime residential properties and serves buyers, sellers, investors, homeowners, and high-net-worth clients.
The role
- Advise clients on buying and selling prime and super-prime residential properties.
- Manage property viewings, negotiations, and successful transactions.
- Build relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, investors, and homeowners.
- Provide expert insight into Dubai's luxury sales market.
- Support clients from first contact through completion.
- Follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Represent the company with professionalism, discretion, and market expertise.
What we are looking for
- Previous client-facing or sales experience.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
- Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Valid driving licence.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and a proactive, confident, adaptable personality.
- Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
