Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia, from sourcing to onboarding
- Identify and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
- Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers for seamless candidate assessments
- Prepare offers, facilitate onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires in KSA
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Prepare offers, contracts, and onboarding forms for KSA hires
- Support onboarding activities, collect necessary documents, and facilitate a smooth handover to HR/Admin teams
- Update employee records accurately in the HR management system
- Keep employee files organized and ensure all documentation is properly stored
- Support the HR team with day to day administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the KSA market
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition

Talent Acquisition Specialist – KSA Market | Dubai based Role
- We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support recruitment efforts across our KSA operations. This role is based in Dubai and requires prior experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia.
- This opportunity is open to fluent Arabic speakers only.
Key Responsibilities
- KSA Hiring: Manage end to end recruitment for roles in Saudi Arabia, from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on the KSA market
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks
Additional Requirements
