Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and conduct on site visits with regional partner financial institutions
- Perform annual reviews and evaluations of financial partners
- Collaborate with regional business teams and participate in opportunity review processes
- Assess customer financing needs, business backgrounds, and risk factors
- Support design and implementation of tripartite financing solutions
- Manage and oversee tripartite financing applications in order management system
- Ensure financing documentation complies with partner requirements
- Track application progress and coordinate with stakeholders for timely approvals
- Follow up on loan disbursement requirements and documentation
- Collect and maintain disbursement records
- Ensure accurate and timely fund settlement after loan release
- Establish, recruit, and develop the local financing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience within financial institutions
- Experience in construction machinery, equipment financing, or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English or Chinese and English

About the Role
- Seeking an experienced Financial Manager for the Overseas Operations Support Center.
- Responsible for managing relationships with regional financial institutions, supporting financing solutions, overseeing operations, and building a local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and conduct on site visits with regional partner financial institutions.
- Perform annual reviews and comprehensive evaluations of financial partners.
- Provide recommendations for future partnership development.

- Monitor and verify LTC opportunity progress.
- Assess customer financing needs, business backgrounds, and risk factors.
- Support design and implementation of tripartite financing solutions.
- Manage and oversee tripartite financing applications in order management system.
- Ensure financing documentation complies with partner requirements.
- Track application progress and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Follow up on loan disbursement requirements and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within financial institutions.
- Experience in construction machinery, equipment financing, or industrial sectors highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, CPA preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English or Chinese and English.
