About the Role
Zoomlion Gulf FZE is hiring a Service Engineer for concrete machinery to install, maintain, and repair equipment across the UAE and Middle East. Candidates need 3-5 years of heavy equipment experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair concrete machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and chassis issues
- Provide on site technical support, inspections, and preventive maintenance
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
- Support machine delivery, customer training, and warranty activities
- Identify spare parts requirements and support spare parts sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License
- 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment or commercial vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience with concrete machinery (concrete pumps, truck mounted pumps, trailer pumps, transit mixers, batching plants, or placing booms) highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
- Customer focused with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel across UAE, Oman, and other Middle East countries
- Basic English communication skills

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Experience with SINOTRUK, Mercedes Benz, Volvo, MAN, Scania, or other heavy duty commercial vehicles is an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Customer focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE, Oman, and other Middle East countries.
- Basic English communication skills.
