Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional business goals by finding and developing prospective clients
  • Lead a team of marketing for lead generation and conversion
  • Devise marketing strategies to achieve regional sales target
  • Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain relations
  • Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects
  • Effectively manage a team to achieve departmental goals
  • Finalize customer inquiries, issue quotations, and follow up
  • Close deals and ensure PO and PDCS submission
  • Meet monthly KPIs for Invoice Target, Collection, and Pipeline Management
  • Extend working scope for cross department support

Other Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast paced environment
  • At least 8+ years experience in construction machinery / heavy machinery within Qatar
  • Bachelor's degree preferably Master's degree in Marketing
  • English language required
  • Arabic language added advantage
  • Qatar experience required
  • Qatar driving license required
