Role Overview

  • Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent?
  • We are seeking a proactive, results oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high caliber candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill positions.
  • Conduct competency based interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the selection of the best talent.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports, market insights, and recommendations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and applicable employment regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Proven experience managing end to end recruitment processes across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other talent attraction channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Applications from candidates who are not Arabic speakers will not be considered.
