- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high caliber candidates across a variety of functions and seniority levels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill positions
- Conduct competency based interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the selection of the best talent
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports, market insights, and recommendations
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment best practices, and applicable employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search
- Proven experience managing end to end recruitment processes across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other talent attraction channels
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
