Role Overview
The Group is building its HR function and needs a recruiter for technical and site-based workforce hiring.

The role involves regular travel and supports GCC workforce deployment.
What You Will Own
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, skilled-trade, and volume positions.
- Plan manpower requirements with operations and project teams.
- Source candidates through trade networks, referrals, training institutes, and agencies.
- Run recruitment drives and mass hiring campaigns in key source markets.
- Conduct trade tests, practical assessments, and document verification.
- Build direct sourcing pipelines to reduce agency dependency and cost per hire.
- Manage overseas recruitment partners and GCC mobilization coordination.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS for fulfillment, cost per hire, and source performance.
What We Need
- At least 3 years of technical recruitment, trade hiring, or bulk hiring experience.
- Working understanding of trade categories, certifications, and skill assessments.
- Experience conducting recruitment drives or mass hiring campaigns.
- Valid passport and availability to travel regularly.
- Hindi is required; Malayalam, Tamil, Bangla, Urdu, or Nepali is advantageous.
- Strong Excel and recruitment reporting skills.
- A strong track record matters more than a degree.
