About the Role
Own Hard Services engineering operations across the company’s Abu Dhabi contracts.
Maintain MEP, HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems to required compliance, reliability, performance, and SLA standards.
Lead Facilities Engineers and field technicians and serve as the primary point of engineering accountability for client contracts.
The role combines on-site fault diagnosis with management reporting and technical compliance leadership.
Engineering Planning and Delivery
- Lead planned preventive maintenance planning and execution across MEP, HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing, and fire life safety systems.
- Own reactive and breakdown maintenance response and close works within contract SLA timelines.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and subcontractor scopes of work before execution.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and direct Facilities Engineers and field technicians on daily site operations.
- Allocate resources and prioritize work across competing demands.
