Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various real estate positions
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure cultural fit
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipelines
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 5 years of recruitment experience in the real estate industry within the UAE
- Strong understanding of real estate roles and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media sourcing
- Fluency in Arabic is required, English is a plus

Requirements

Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 per month.
