Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met
- Serve as the primary liaison between developers, sales teams, creative designers, videographers, digital marketing specialists, agencies, and senior management
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, launch schedules and project roadmaps for multiple simultaneous initiatives
- Prepare detailed campaign briefs, creative requests, project documentation, and production schedules
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery
- Manage the review and approval process for marketing assets, advertising campaigns, creative content, and promotional materials
- Organize daily task priorities, monitor team workloads, and follow up to ensure accountability across all stakeholders
- Coordinate marketing support for new property launches, events, promotions, and lead generation campaigns
- Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate documentation of timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing project status, campaign progress, key milestones, and operational performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve workflows, communication, and operational efficiency
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and ensure follow up on key decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, account management, or marketing administration
- Strong experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Jira or similar tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills

- You will ensure every campaign, property launch and marketing project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Compensation
- Pay: AED6,500.00 AED8,500.00 per month
