Overview
- As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for representing clients in property transactions, assisting buyers and sellers throughout the process, and driving sales in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals.
- Property Search and Viewings: Assist buyers in identifying suitable properties based on their criteria.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase offers, sales contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Transaction Coordination: Coordinate the transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, financing arrangements, and closing activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, inventory levels, and competitive landscape.
