About the Role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding efforts, maintain recruitment data, and build a strong talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for role fit.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing hiring insights.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Role Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
