- Stock and replenish condiment stations and maintain cleanliness
- Operate POS systems and manage cash floats
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Uphold UAE laws, health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
- Essential Food Safety Training certification (e.g., EFST)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to upsell products
- Proactive, team oriented attitude
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality (desirable)
- 1+ year experience as a waiter/waitress in upscale dining (desirable)
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic (preferred)

Role Overview
- As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by engaging directly with guests.
- You will maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while upholding Farah's mission and operational standards.
Guest Engagement & Service
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide personalized service.
- Actively listen to guest preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Address guest complaints with professionalism.
Operational Excellence
- Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses in correct sequence.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures meticulously.
- Stock and replenish condiment stations and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Operate POS systems with precision and manage cash floats.
Team Collaboration & Training
- Assist in cross functional tasks such as inventory management.
- Participate in all training programs and assessments.
- Support colleagues by embodying Farah's values.
Safety & Compliance
- Uphold all UAE laws, health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Adhere to emergency procedures including evacuations and drills.
- Handle cash, wristbands, and POS transactions with integrity.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
- Essential Food Safety Training certification (e.g., EFST).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to upsell products.
- Commitment to learning and following instructions.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- 1+ year experience as a waiter/waitress in a 4 star hotel or upscale dining.
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience for advanced roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
- Banquet service training or high volume dining experience.
