Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our Human Capital function.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the business, and ensure we attract and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
  • Utilize data and key talent acquisition metrics to track progress and optimize hiring outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with best practices, policies, and local regulations
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party providers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and systems

Key Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 7 years of experience in Human Capital
  • , with a focus on Talent Acquisition
  • At least
  • 5 years in a specialist TA role
  • within a medium to large organization
  • Experience in the

Uae Or Middle East

  • is highly desirable
  • Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to deliver results
  • Clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Degree qualification (master’s preferred) in HR or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is an advantage
