Responsibilities
- Support Sales Planning and execution across local and international markets
- Manage key clients (MOD, Tawazun, Intercompany, and Domestic/International Customers)
- Track and monitor all sales and delivery opportunities, budgets, forecasting, ordering, pricing, and delivery milestones
- Plan, coordinate, and implement activities related to order intake to ensure product delivery per contractual obligations
- Work with project managers to ensure successful delivery of product and service solutions
- Physical escort of customer representatives through pre delivery inspections and audits
- Develop and maintain databases to track Controlled Documents
- Data logging/entry into department databases and ERP (SAP)
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Proactively govern and report on delivery status and risk, recommend improvements
- Investigate and analyze customer problems and propose solutions; expedite resolution of complaints
- Follow up and report on collection of credits
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or Commerce
- 5 6 years work experience in a similar technical product focused environment
- Experience optimizing commercial processes and maximizing resources to meet deadlines
- Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Commercial policies and procedures
- Knowledge and application of Commercial techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Experience collating and analysing customer feedback and resolving concerns
- Excellent people skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proven Project Management and presentation skills
- 8 years experience in similar role within defense industry (preferred)

About The Role
