Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce plans, and desired candidate profiles
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and talent pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring activity, market trends, and pipeline status
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers when required
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, employment legislation, and best practices
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support activities that enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent management
- Experience managing end to end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels
- Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Data driven approach with experience producing recruitment reports and insights
- High attention to detail and a customer focused mindset

Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the end to end recruitment process across multiple business functions.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business objectives.

Requirements
