About the Role

  • Signature Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Sales Growth Executive to support the growth of our luxury real estate sales team in Dubai.
  • This role is not only about hiring. It is about identifying, attracting, and onboarding high performing real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit experienced real estate brokers across Dubai.
  • Build relationships with top performing agents from competing brokerages.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct first round interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Verify RERA Broker Card / BRN status where required.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow ups.
  • Support employer branding through LinkedIn recruitment campaigns, career events, and employee success stories.
  • Maintain a structured talent database with candidate profiles, experience, language skills, and interview feedback.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including CRM access, email accounts, SOP training, KPI framework, and visa related coordination.
  • Monitor new recruits during the first 90 days to improve retention and performance.
  • Provide monthly market intelligence on recruitment trends, competitor hiring, salary benchmarks, and commission structures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, real estate, or sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and negotiation ability.
  • Confident in approaching senior sales professionals.
  • Ability to identify high performing candidates, not only fill vacancies.
  • Professional, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and AI productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with candidates from different backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Russian, Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.
