- Build and manage a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Conduct professional property viewings and investment consultations
- Advise clients on Dubai's off plan, secondary, and luxury real estate markets
- Negotiate and close high value sales and leasing transactions
- Develop lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Collaborate with developers, property owners, and internal teams
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate or strong background in sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong ability to build relationships and close deals
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Multilingual candidates encouraged; Mandarin speaking highly preferred
