Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads
- Build long term relationships with local and international clients
- Conduct property viewings and investment consultations
- Advise clients on Dubai's luxury, off plan, and secondary property market
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and rental transactions
- Maintain an up to date portfolio of available properties
- Work with developers and property owners to secure exclusive listings
- Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate or a proven sales background
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle are preferred
- Mandarin speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply

About the Role
- Signature Reality Homes Real Estate LLC is expanding and looking for ambitious Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants passionate about sales, luxury real estate, and building a successful career in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing
- Generate and qualify buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads.
