Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property consultations and accompany clients on viewings
- Match clients with properties that meet their lifestyle and investment goals
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, ROI, rental yields, and investment opportunities
- Market and promote exclusive property listings across digital platforms
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial inquiry through to closing

Requirements
- Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate is highly preferred
- Proven success in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong closing ability and commercial awareness
- Self driven, ambitious, and results oriented
- RERA certification is an advantage
- UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle are preferred

About the Role
- As a Real Estate Agent, you'll play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, lease, and invest in Dubai's most prestigious communities.
- You'll work alongside a high performing team while building your own personal brand and client portfolio.

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
