- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
- Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard to fill roles
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes
Requirements
- Prior experience in an in house recruitment role, ideally within a multinational organization
- Proven track record of recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience in technology or software industry recruitment
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
