Job Description

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
  • This role will focus on delivering high quality recruitment solutions across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard to fill roles.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an in house recruitment role, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in technology or software industry recruitment.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
